Help finding a Trance Song

Okay I know this is long shot but need help finding this trance song. Its one I heard years ago and I dont remember the title. Fact is I only remember two things. The first it had some narration in it and the narrator sounded exactly like Kiefer Sutherland. The second was him narrating about an invesion of some sort.
I know its not a lot to go on but maybe one of you will know the answer. If you know what I am talking about I would be most grateful. |

| no this is nothing related to 24 in any way. It was a Trance maybe Techno music. It was about an alien inversion of something along those lines. |
