Yea, its time for another one of these threads. Many bombs, mix is a bit iffy at times; some of the cheese is a bit cringe.

Got some great memories of this album, I remember when I first bought this back in college, I was playing Zelda 1 on an emu at my friend's house, and proceeded to beat the whole first quest in one go...
A pretty nice blend of warm, bass-heavy deep house and progressive. The Lexicon Avenue is probably my favorite on the mix. I didn't really like Yoshiesque 2 as much, and the less said about Dubfire and Sharam nowadays, the better.

Isnt it interesting how the tracks were mastered different back then? In my experience, various forms of house from 1998 to 2002 require different EQ'ing on the mixer if you play them in a set with modern records. Much thumpier and not as "bright".

jumping the gun a bit, i am onto the second comp... checking both these mixes out as i have had no experience with them before. how do the first and the second one compare?
