in need of ftp program

anyone kno where i can dl a good ftp program...i use smartftp...but now its gettin out of hand...it crashes my comp easily...i can teel because i press alt, ctrl, delete and close it and the comp goes back to normal...
so that said...any easy to use good ftp programs?...thankx in advance!!! |

| Yes, FlashFXP is great.. i use it too. Earlier i have used CuteFTP Pro, which wasn't bad either. |
