Not in Florida, either: link

In addition to the shooting being broadcast live on the news, the guy was himself filming a video as he shot them to death, and posted it to Twitter immediately after.

Pretty clear that he was a Christopher Dorner style person.

Black guy who has been given the green light from society to interpret every bump in his professional life as a manifestation of racism, rather than a result of his own failings.

He must've been truly awful at his job(s), considering how incredibly low the standards are for blacks in just about any profession, and how terrified companies are of discrimination suits, and how desperate they are to hire blacks for "diversity."

A racist wad is just what this thread needed.

I am a racist.

I prefer my race to other races, and it impacts me more emotionally when members of my race are killed by members of another race.

This is based on very fundamental group instincts which anyone prior to the last few decades would have taken completely for granted.

Most people on the planet continue to take such feelings completely for granted! Racial solidarity is universal. Racial solidarity makes a person a racist by the definitions used today. By that definition, yea, I'm a racist.

And completely at peace with being such.

Anyway... this is an infuriating incident.

He clearly sees himself as justified based on the fact that she was "racist." He's like Christopher Dorner all over again.

It's a good thing white people haven't gotten it in their head that it's justified to shoot black people for being racist toward whites, or I'm not sure we'd have any black people left!

I find it strange that he and so many other blacks can be so upset about whites being racist toward them, when anti-white feelings and slurs are so completely commonplace within the black community.

Statement from Alison Parker's father:

“Barbara, Drew, and I are numb, devastated and I find my grief unbearable,” Andy Parker said in a statement to the Bulletin. “Alison was our bright, shining light and it was cruelly extinguished by yet another crazy person with a gun. She excelled at everything she did and was loved by everyone she touched. She loved us dearly, and we talked to her every single day. Not hearing her voice again crushes my soul. Our family can only take solace in the fact that although her life was brief, she was so happy with it. She lived it to the fullest and her spirit will always be with us.”

Comment by Alison Parker's fiancé:

"We were together almost nine months,” he wrote. “It was the best nine months of our lives. We wanted to get married. . . . She was the most radiant woman I ever met. And for some reason she loved me back. She loved her family, her parents and her brother."

What a tragedy. What a beautiful young woman who, even just in her pictures, you can tell was one of those people who exuded positivity.

What a tragedy for that young man who intended to have a life with her.

I don't think you know what race means, but if you are referring to humans there is only one race. But anyway, nice job drawing premature conclusions

In the current news reports I don't see that race was an issue, the gunman was reported as hard to get on with and hard to work with which resulted in his dismissal.

this shooting is a result of a disgruntled ex-employee looking for revenge.

Also consider this a warning, racist posts will not be tolerated on these forums, if you wish to continue posting, then dump the racism.

He apparently references Charleston and being gay in the manifesto. And being "a powder keg ready to explode". The bullets were for Charleston.

I'd say I was right on the money.

He did turn out to be attacking whites because they were white (he may have had other motivations to attack these particular whites, but the Charleston reference seals it. They were killed for being representatives of the white race.)
