This may have already been brought up in here so I apologize if it's a repost, but currently watching this documentary on Netflix about the history of synthesis and it's pretty good stuff. I assumed this group would be interested since you all dream of wires.

I've seen the trailer before and the movie looks interesting. I've never owned, or seriously wanted a modular, but they do seem cool. Personally, I think I affiliate more with some of the opinions in this vid:

it's on netflix and it's pretty good.
On a side note I watched He-Man master of the universe on there a few days ago, and the entire thing could be a synthesizer commercial. Basically the universe is music and this key thing is a synthesizer and the bad guys fight the good guys for it but it's a synthesizer that they want. I don't remember that from the cartoons but that was over 20 years ago for me lol.
