Was gonna see them here in Canada but they play Toronto the weekend I'll be in Montreal.

Planning on making another big night of it for Martinez Brothers. No, the place isn't perfect but it's a fun club atmosphere with good music. Just try not to compare it to Berlin, Montreal or Miami and you'll be ok :toothless |

not my kind of crowd. Usually posers there playing me big shot, and girls who are too cool for school. Have got nothing but terrible service every time I have been there, 2 of those I was with the person who manages all the dancers. Line gets held up at the door Miami style. I was on the list one day for bottle service and had to wait like 20 min to get in.
I heard Thursday's used to be great, but it's turning into the typical tier crowd. |

It definitely has douchey elements and the service is a bit lacking in areas. We arranged to get a table because the promoter girl promised it would be $200. In reality, a table was running a 2 bottle minimum, so $400. So we get there, and she directs us to a hilariously tiny round hi-top near the bar on the right when you first walk in. With no seats. I ask her to cancel the bottle and we'll just not do the table service. Then one of the staff walks up to me and assures us we will have an excellent table upstairs. I'm thinking, they're going to try to pressure us for a 2nd bottle.
Well, we get directed to the VIP room, where we got access to by far the best table in the entire joint. And it was sort of private too, though the sound was horrible. But still, nice recovery on their part. Funny thing though, our server was absolutely atrocious and didn't even take orders from our group for beer, shots, etc. So I tell the bartender this and he literally handed us 4 free beers, no questions asked. Lol
So yeah, service can both suck and be great at the same time. It was an interesting experience. |

Word, that's unfortunate to hear. In that case, I'm skipping this.
I'd rather just save my pennies for a trip to MIA in the near future. Don't have the patience to travel and spend money for a letdown, anymore. |
