first of all, what is the instrument called?

i want to hear more of it in dance tracks.

ruhe in the humate remix form is seriously one of the best tunes ever. top 5, at least.

Would be easier to post a video and say at what time you hear it. People are lazy..

The one at 1:02 here?

Pizzicato violin I guess, but it's played very slowly in Ruhe

I'm not an expert in synths, but I loved this sound in the 90's.

Edit: wrong instrument.
rubez
:stongue: pizzicato is a technique.

no, talking about the very first thing you hear. the thing that makes the tune. shouldn't need to be explained!

those ing wooden water pipes, whatever the they are.

Like I don't know since 1988 that pizzicato is a technique...

I don't even agree it makes the tune.

But to me your wooden water pipes just sound like a xylophone with some effects.

Let me show you how difficult it is to make your question clear:

First of all, what is the FIRST instrument called?
rubez
if you knew it was a technique, why did you give it when an instrument was asked for?

not only does it make the tune, it IS the tune.

and i was thinking less of the cheeseball original, more of the masterful humate remix.

Don't worry, I can read your mind. I don't know about the others, though.

I can't help you don't know what a violin is.

Unlike AlphaStarred I don't have that gift.
