2015.10.22 [CFL] Lane 8 @ the social

| Searched all over and couldn't find the original thread but is anybody going? Sucks its the same night as since 82 but he sounds like everybody else now and days when he plays and mixes. I'm much more info lane 8s music |

I love them both but the venue wins out for me. I hate the Social as a DJ venue. It just isn't. Just got done listening to the new Anjunadeep finally, damn good...they should let Lane 8 do a mix on next year's edition. It's always Grant and Jody.
While I hate what Tier normally is, they do a good job transforming the club for the Deep Therapy nights.
Do you really think HS82 sounds like everybody else haha? I don't... I guess he reminds me of Steve Lawler but certainly not "everybody." |

i loved him 2/3 years ago especially his production but imho lame 8 has that sexy deep sound that never ever comes to Orlando. Hs82 to me sounds like most mainstream underground djs now... A lawyer type sound I can agree with, but that sound is in Miami every weekend. I went to the pickle on sat 1130ish and these Miami guys that open play some groovy sexy 116ish bpm amazing music. Diego had us all going nuts till Roman came on. Everybody is scared to play like that here |

Saw the anjunadeep gang at Cafeina in Wynwood down here for this years WMC and it was excellent. Can't wait for Jody to return. |

I'm working on getting Jody back before WMC. I already have him and a few others booked for WMC parties though :) |
