Actually thank DevanteS for the name on that one. I was flipping out. I have this on white label but i could not for the life of me think of the name of this song, Chris and i were chilling on the 2 balcony to the upper right of the DJ booth waiting for Tiesto and i was raking my brain trying to figure it out, asked Chris and he was like "Roger Goode - In the beginning!!"

Hey all,
figured better late than never. So yea I saw Tiesto last night myself, but compared to my expectations, I was a bit dissapointed. I saw him March '01 @ the 1 year of Milkweg in Holland and it was simply amazing, this time it was great as well, but Tiesto's going down the dark road of Oakenfold IMHO. One trainwreck that caught my attention, and a couple of sketchy fades... I have a friend who saw him in Atlanta the night before and seemed to be in line with my thoughts on this.
But yea, vision was PACKED, wow. I've been there three times (I come in from Milwaukee) and this was by far the most crowded night ever, not that that's a bad thing, but it was so damn hot in there...
I can't wait for Mauro Picotto on the 28th @ Vision, I really dig that place. does anyone know how crowbar compares to there? I'm gonna try and make Dj Dan on the 8th of november, along with sven vath on the 22 [I think that's when...]
cheers,

I guess Crobar's technically not as big as Vision, with all the levels and stuff Vision has, but it's a much more straightforward layout, which I prefer. Vision's like a maze in a way. Crobar has a very good (Phazon I believe) sound system as well.

*listening to Luc Publon - Quantum Leap (Original Mix)*

I was REALLY hoping Tiesto would play this *sighs*

Tiesto ROCKED!! I was very excited to see him again. he did a really good job of keeping the crowd going. He played a lot of good songs and several I wanted to hear like Nothing (mix 2), silver bath, and many others. What was the song he played that had the female vocals where she was saying something about being lonely? It was the most vocal song he played i think. I was dancing on the main floor in between the two dancers on the platforms right in front of the stairs for the first two hours. Then I went upstairs to check out Tiesto and kinda chill. Got some good close up pics. The place was packed as hell. Sweating like crazy on the dance floor.

DevanteS were you carrying around a blue glowstick at all? I looked at your website a while back try to recognize you but wasnt too sure. We should definitely get everyone to meet up at ARMIN and FERRY!!!! I was so excited when I saw the poster for these shows. I am gonna be living at Vision for the next two months. So much talent:)

Overall I had a great time. I was pretty happy with the tracks he played. Several great new songs that I hadn't heard before. And much different from the livesets we have been hearing from over the summer. That was very refreshing to hear newer stuff.
Fun times:D

LOL I saw them glowsticking early on but didnt pay too much attention later on in the show. Thanks for the ID. That was one of my faves for the night. I was dancing right in front of the elevated part for most of the night. Were you in that area also?

Did he play a Green Martian song cos I saw a vinyl in his record box for Green Martian.
It said "Green" (lil green martian pic) and then "Martian"
I didnt see him put a record in it or take one out though.
I downloaded Wizardry but have yet to listen to it. I hear it is awesome.

I was on the upper balcony to the right of tiesto for the first few songs then i was on the floor. tended to stay in the middle but with all the people cramming i seemed to slowly float backwards to the rear. ah well.

He played Daruish -Ira also.

I think it was the first song he played during the encore or maybe the second. I was right behind him and standing up to see the vinyl on the techinics.
