all i can say is i hope you aren't on your Ps and good luck finding someone who'll give you a car for that!!!!
webmeister
Also, very few car companies will hire to you unless you're over 25...
DJAhmet
And 1 way car hire cost's and extra $200 or so...

And as Web said, if your on your P's or under 25, most likey forget it....

What some ppl i know have done is buy some cheap car, and drive it around, then sell it at your destination...

Dont know how they sold it, but yeah.

Do cash converters buy cars?
mr_stamper
Well car rentals START at about $70 a day. This trip would take at least 1 week.
You might as well just buy a car!!
Philby
lol just buy a box datsun or something and thrash the hell out of it! forget hiring!

Just a little FYI... here is what i am settling for www.travellersmate.com.au ... it turns out to be $45/day for 4 weeks.... coming to $1200.... this includes insurance, road side assistance (like they will be able to find me before I am dead), unlimited Ks, and camping gear (tent, stove, matress, bags, eskie, etc)

it is a 92 Ford falcon wagon..... I would like to buy a car and just run it into the ground but now I will not have to worry about selling and it breaking down
