I have to say Output was amazing Sunday night for Liebing. Vintage 2013 esque....all heads. Rooftop chillin in the 60 degree December weather was a nice touch.
With New York its usually not the venue but the crowd. |

Can you? I started going there in early 2014 and people were already ting on it. I couldn't find much wrong with it but oh well.

One party that still stands out is Sasha's first time there, must have been Feb or March '13, check that thread.
Ditto the almost 12 hour Liebing set (late '13), or Carl Cox's first time there.
Think if you look for those threads, will give you good impression.
Physically they haven't changed too much, the entry layout is prob. better, plus they put more lights upstairs in the front (that sucks...)
Club practices have changed:
they actually did enforce the no-camera policy for a while,
(AHEM, which at least one person on this site who should know better tends to disregard, like at diggers, you know who you are :D )
plus security used to tell shirtless-guido to put it back on.
And they never roped-off anywhere at first either.
That was all for the good imo.
You didn't get any dance-circles in the beginning either, not due to security, but just the crowd that went.
Really, hard to quantify easily what changed, but def. something did.
It's not so bad that you'd have to do like EYK, not there yet imo..... |

In the off chance anyone is interested at all...couple of cool bookings to finish up the Pacha era
January 9th seems interesting to me. I've heard of DJ Pierre and Cevin Fisher before, but I think I was like 10 or 11 when they were big...think it's worth checking them out (musically)? |
