Paul van Dyk Ltd. jploveparade quote: Kurfürstendamm 97-98 No he doesn't live there :D NetX Well, ok, a Ltd. and a GmbH are the same in that they both only have a limited amount of financial capital blocked for business liability. A Ltd. is way easier to found with no fixed limited amount (eg maybe only 5.000 Euros), whereas a GmbH needs to insert at least 25.000 Euros for starters.
