Both are incredible!
I'd say Solomun is a bit more deep but he can bang it out if he's feeling it. Very bass heavy sound. Reminds me a lot of Timo Maas imo.
If you saw Luciano at Create, that wasn't nothing (from others who saw him that night). Seeing him do an extended set a Crackalon is gonna be off the ing hook!!

| solomun is the weekend after luciano, so do both! the only question is whether to hit solomun @ sound or alan fitzpatrick & harvey mckay @ exchange... i've never seen fitzy but solomun might be too good to pass up... decisions |

Thanks for the info and comparison guys. I barely do these events anymore and only hold out for special ones.
Personally, I prefer the driving bass and I know Solomun doesn't have that or does he? From videos I can see Solomun has some good technical skills and adds nice elements to the buildup of a song which then becomes this soothing explosion when it breaks and it's such a payoff! But still, I like that groovy driving bass at the end of the day. |
