| It may be an urban myth among k-heads, but I heard that some people get so entrenched in k-holes that they wouldn't be able to even move in the event of a fire or something ... they would just sit there and get burned to death. Anyway everybody I know who used to take that crap has ALWAYS referred to it as their "young and stupid" days. I dunno ... sends chills up my spine when avid drug users refer to a drug as something they used to do when they were young and stupid. |

i absolutely concur with this.
its a tranquillizer, so what do you expect when you take a lot?
when i was in my k hole, i couldnt move, couldnt think, couldnt do anything, because i didnt exist. all that existed was my tv screen (and what was playing on it)... after what seemed like forever, every once in awhile i would snap back to reality for like, 5 seconds and realize that i existed, or recognize where i was. i remember jerking my arm to one side to make sure i was alive.. then falling back into the hole.
im tellin you, they are scary as and i cant see why anyone would like getting that far.
small amounts of k are fun, however. i take only the amount to where i can still talk, walk around, and function.. but i just get pretty loopy (like taking a ton of vicodin or something)
and by the way.. after the noticable long term side effects that im noticing from all my E usage, i would WHOLEHEARTEDLY refer to E as something i did when i was "young and stupid" ANY DAY over ketamine. |

Exactly, it's a cat tranquilizer...why people use it I don't know. I for one would never want to be in a k-hole where you can't move...I don't find that fun at all. But I guess some strange people would:rolleyes: |
it was actually used on humans first, as an anesthetic till effects became more apperent, and now its used by vets on animals |

| long term use can make you susceptible to waking up early during operations whilst under general anaesthetic. It's getting used more and more in the UK, girl in the club I goto on friday night was comnpletely and utterly trashed, hiding in the corner with her head in her hands, and I've seen the state of some of my friends whilst taking it, doesn't look fun to me :p |

It's not so bad. I've spoken about "that" k-hole before on the boards, it was basically complete mayhem and scared the living out of me. I stopped doing Ket for 4 months after that but decided to give it another chance (I'm very forgiving like that) a few weeks back. It was completly different. This time when I felt myself going under (into a hole) I didn't panic, because I'd done it before and come out OK (if not slightly less sane) the whole thing wasn't so overwhelming and disoriantating. I just went with it and let myself slide away and it was awesome. Nothing in particular, just the usual sliding into the ground and then being enveloped by patterns which formed the tunnel I was sliding down. Pretty wicked :) I've had a couple more since then and both were good, last weekend I even managed to control what was going on.
Holes are very surreal, it's easy to completly lost the concept of time (I can usually never tell the difference in time between my first k-hole and the one I'm in, it's like no time has passed, even though it was 6 months ago).
One thing I will say, it's VERY psychologically addictive. I don't get cravings for it during the week or anyting, but if I know I'll be doing ket later in the day I'll get very restless & itchy until I've got it in my hand. It can also make yuo doubt yourself when you come out of a hole (you spend a lot of time trying to second-guess yourself etc.).
I'm not going to recommend it, but don't write it off because of one bad k-hole. You quickly learn to accept what's going on around you and once it's no longer so overwhelming it can be a lot of fun. |

| i holed my second time having it coz i had a normal persons line (and was on pills at the time) and it was the scariest thing ever but apparently theres such thing as a god k hole. but in a k hole everything IS real in your mind, its noyt like a dream, its liek living a different reality! |
