oh ye.
It is just a free app (inside a web page) that
allows users of the web based DAW called "Audiotool" to export any midi from their Audiotool projects out into userland.(file)
You could put that midi file into other software tools like sequencers.)...or import that midi file back into other Audiotool instruments.
Not sure the types of midi that it exports other than rudimentary
note on , off, values, timing, velocity etc.
