Having listened to the full thing, I'd say it sounds exactly like what it is: a bunch of studio off-cuts cobbled together. I get the impression these tracks were intended to be shopped out to car adverts or TV documentaries detailing how smart phones are manufactured.

I really like some of the tracks but it's just way too many for a coherent artist album. It does indeed feel more like a loose collection of tracks.
