I was checking the midi file for one of my favorite trance classics. I was particularly curios about that one cause it always strike me as somehow unique from a musical pov. I loaded a vst instrument and let the midi play for a bit. Then I opened the piano roll/key editor and started clicking the notes to see if the chromatic scale was the answer. Everything outside of these 9 notes sounded off. Looney4Clooney probably just an embellishment to a natural minor scale. probably the 7th with both the raised dominant 3rd varient and the natural 7 that every track in EDM uses. i wouldn't' worry about it; actually maybe you should panic.
