Any of you guys using the app? Looks pretty damn cool. It's seems it's a social media site where you can upload and record mixes directly from your phone. I just ordered the apadter so looking forward to messing around with it.

| Sounds cool, but using the iPhone as in audio interface seems like it might bring some clicks, pops artifacts, try it and let us know etc. The idea is pretty neat tho rather than haggling a recorder or laptop. |

So this app is ing solid. I love it. It's pretty much a social media based music app. You buy the iRig converter for audio. Plug that to the mixer than hook to your phone and record right into the app. Once you finish recording hit upload and it's published. You have the option to upload directly to soundcloud as well which is great.
I highly suggest even if you don't use it for recording to use it for the social media part because they have paired up with BPM, Time Warp and a few more for the official recording sponsor of the event. All the sets from BPM and Time Warp NYC are up on the app.
And it's started by a massive dj, so full support on this one. |
