ALL 7 Hours at 192 kbps....total of 530 megs

OK....i got BOTH the 192 kbps rip and the 64 kbps rip.....
get the 64 kbps one cuz it does not skip
the 192 rip is kinda crappy IMO...clearer...but continually skips |

Ok man
You need to get a program to get files from newsgroups...I use "grabit" myself....then just go to the newsgroup called "alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.dance" and d/l the files
as simple as that
