bring your prescriptions in their bottle and with the already required ID, i'm sure you'd breeze through.
this sounds more like someone trying to get press more than anything.
you need tylenol i suspect you can buy it there.
A TSA-style search is only a problem if you are taking in something you shouldn't be. This is SOP at Insomniac and most other events like this.
Insulin is allowed.... seems reasonable for security to inquire why you have liquid in a bottle and needles! |

Simple actions can take place that'll wash this away.
1. Require proof of prescription.
2 Sell OTC medicates at locations inside at a non-inflated price. It should be about safety with it, not profit. Or, better yet, make them available for FREE at first-aid station(s) and handed out in adult dose packets (i.e. two pills in a foil) by an EMT or other rep. Maybe they could even get a sponsor to provide everything in the name of safety.
And make the policies clear in promotion and/or on tickets (yes, in the fine print...talking about legalities). |

And who is liable when someone od's on pain killers cuz they wanna get high off something? Anything.....
I'm guessing the poster of this thread was the person who actually filed this lawsuit in pro per (without a lawyer). |

Yup!
They also pay a massive amount of liability insurance to cover the type of claim you are referring to. Legit or not. |
