Hey,
So, I have a question for Lawyers of Criminal Justice and the such, about a specific charge labeled 'Homicide Information' on a Travis County Police Report (for a separate crime). No, It isn't my report (wishful thinking, fellow TAs :) ).
The Detective says the investigation is classified and undergoing.
Ok, so is this 'Homicide Information' a formal charge (i.e: Assault )in the state of Texas? Because I don't see it written under the penal code, or pretty much anywhere. If this 'Homicide information' charge is actually what it reads, does it mean that this individual is being investigated for murder? Or am I jumping to conclusions. |
