I doubt it'll be as good as a Virus, but I don't think it'll be rubbish either. It appears to be rather 'no compromise' within the realms of reality.
I noticed what looks like an iPad editor app for it (showing FX) but who knows.
I get the feeling we still haven't seen it all! :)

Nothing will surprise me at this point, but I agree that it probably won't be the same keybed in the Virus. The cheaper ones used in the Novation Remote controllers are still excellent, though. Do we know if this synth has aftertouch?

looks extremely impressive. maybe even rumblings of motorised faders for matching patch parameters? not sure about that, given the cost it would add, but i do think that's a real problem on hardware.
most interesting thing will be the price.

Ask Audio stated 'we heard they were going to be €500'
They did not offer a source
They will not be €500:p

I would buy one at that price, and I don't even want another analog poly.

I have the Nord and the Q here but i wouldnt mind trying this one out, with all the FX it looks like it has it'd be right up my street for some noodling

Modulation should theoretically be super simple with that large screen.

Double nailed it

Apparently it will have aftertouch. But with 12 voices would it have polyphonic aftertouch? Not so essential for producing but good for live performances.
