I'm going to watch the opening ceremony... Not in person, of course, but I'm so freaking stoked!
Went to the first men's football match yesterday, and it was so much fun. After so much scaremongering I was a bit worried, but it all went swimmingly well... Except for the match itself. I spent 5 hours inside the stadium and didn't get to see a single goal :(
Still, nearly 70 thousand people and no major incidents that I know of. Brasilia is ready. Brazil is ready. My body is ready!

I'm a week into my month off work and by now this "weekend" of which you speak means nothing to me. However, the weather is going to be nice for the next few days so I've taken my bike out to the countryside to do some cycling in the sunshine.

Today my first holiday. Next Monday we will be spending two weeks in Belgium near the French border.
Next to Rio, tomorrow I'll try to catch some footage of the Amsterdam Gay Pride 2016 which this year also will be EuroPride 2016.
Although I'm not gay I think it's important to have this event as acceptance still isn't what is should be unfortunately, even here.

Last night was my Friday cause I'm working nights this weekend. So I got faced til 6am, lol.
And that's prob the last time I'll be doing it, cause I'll be fertile in a couple weeks. Fffuuuuuuuu.
