Ya its an enigma isnt it... but i certainly wouldnt say worst in the world. I mean if you look at it porportion wise id even say toronto is worse than ottawa. Toronto is Ugly with a capital U. And there HAS to be cities it Brittain with uglier people than here. Ottawa really isnt all THAT bad. |

the girls in Ottawa aren't that ugly, its just they don't like/know how to show it... short hair, 2534 piercings, tatoos, and ugly ing kitch clothes is just plain ugly to me.
montreal girls are more stylish, more european. |

| Montreal is a europeasn city and is an exception to the continent. But Ottawa is a north american city like any other I dont think it really stands out anymore than anyther. |
