Well for starters.. can anyone say twilo clone?! When i first walke din there i immediatley thought twilo, a couple of times during the night i caught myself for a split second thinking i was actually back in twilo. Anywhooo the set was good, not his usual beat you down and kick your ass in nyc set but still good. It was nice to finally meet swamper, optimuz & ian, saw richie, and fox and, saw shannon at the end screaming how she got her cd signed.Still no chicky though WTF?!?!!?!?!?! :( anywho

| me and my girlfriend had an awesome night!!!!! of course, i miss the one song i was dying to hear (the spell), but i still had a crazy time. i met two ta's but i dont really remember their SNs. sorrry!!! but some of the people i met were just awesome!!! my girlfriend needed a rubber band for her hair, so i asked a random girl if she had one. she said "no.... sorrrrrry!!!" so we just figured, ok... then like 20 minutes later she came over to us and handed us a rubber band. that is ridiculous!!! also, a guy named Isaac. he made my night, he was just so awesome and would come over to us with the biggest smile on his face and just start dancing. it was great, just wish i didnt miss the spell!!!!!!!!! oh well, theres always next time... hopefully!!! |

what a kick ass night, as much as my legs feel like theyre going to fall off, i wish i could re-live the whole thing over. for those of you who i met, it was great meeting you. it was nice to go to the event with such an awesome crowd.
i couldn't believe he opened with taub, and then later in the set he played it again. jebus, he played so many good tracks, someone try to id! :)
yeah, pvd signed my pod cd, but tempes already mentioned that, harhar
AND OMG... when pvd played the spell i almost pissed my pants. i died. SO GOOOOOOD

Well I guess temp posted first, but I just got back and about to head to bed. All I have to say it was a great night I loved it!!! And temp ya I saw you hit that girls ass in front of me dunno if you were gonna make her look at me and slap me for it ahahah. It was the best 8 hours of my life!! FOX was going crazy like a mofo never seen such a guy so energetic lol even danced before everyone knew the track, and everyone else were like asking what track is it heheh. Also at the Sbarros meet up lol I was overwhelmed by how many people I didn't know and for the people I knew it seem very different from chat LOL. I guess we are all skitzo at some point. Nice meeting you FOX (hey even your arturo I'll still call you fox in real life lol, and I chokzered you) Redeye (finally at least you didn't seem to do any counter measures on me lol), Mizz (met you at frequency party), Richie (man richie lol you look cooler then when I talked to you in the chat lol), Swamper (Man of the hour pleasure to shake your hand "I see you found my mos winter jacket interesting lol" Expo (yo nice to meet you and show your bling bling style from cali ahaha even though I was laughing when you considered cold in NY LOL) Butterfly (She just kicks ass lol always a smile on her face and uh the amounts of hitting her on the head when i flung my hand up *sorry* wonder how many people I hit LOL.. some girl I hit on the head with my elbow I think hopefully not a TA looked at me and WAS LIKE "OWWWW" so loud I was like "woops sorry lol sorry") Jdat (your going to be my photographer LOL oh ya I haev to remind you "CHECK") Ruby Riva (Nice to meet you finally lol to bad I didn't see you at the club wanted to see your little suprise. Hey, how’s everyone doing today. The meet up was great. You Canadians are the best. Super friendly , great vibe , and very aprochable.I couldnt believe that 10 of you guys came down for this
:crazy: I had a great time meeting (LIKE a MILLION TA's ) So I wont even try and guess all your name. Me, Alex (trancer), Tom(enigmat), Liz NY1004, Devantes (chris)and Gregor (Drizzt). WE caught a train to Roxy thanks to Greg's and Liz's great directional skills:D We arrived at the Club at 1130 to notice that there was no line at all.WE all met at the bar and around 1:30 headed out to the dance floor. PVD PVD PVD...... 5 minutes later TAUB 2002 :eek: YEs , I realize at that moment this is going to be a special night.Hard banging stuff YESSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!! No boring Then in the middle he dropped it down then Brang it back up. When he played that Red hot chilly pepper song :haha: When the first verse ends its supposed to go into bass guitar but paul put his own BASSSSS on it ..! amazing I danced so hard last night that I couldn’t walk bye 7 am (That has never happened to me before) OH ya nice to see Dell, Ian, Daphna and your cousin, Phazon (Dennis) And all of my great friends . Paul stayed on till 8 30 . HE played so many songs i Had never heard before.. but a few that stand out BT(Flaming June)???????? (Did he play that song) For an Angel, Taub 2002, and my brain is fried ill will post more later BEST PARTY IN NY EVER! |

I can't think of a better place than Roxy for PVDs new NYC residency, they just need some CO2 tanks :cool: My girl and I got there a little after 2 thinking it would be a short line like Tiesto... well duh, it's PVD, the line was stretched down the street (luckily we had our advanced tickets). We chilled at the bar for a bit, but for most of the night we had the best seat in the house right in front of the booth. That banister must be made out of steel, I'm surprised it didn't break from all the people going nuts on it. He played so many incredible tracks, every other record I would ask my girl "OMG Do you recognize this!? :eek:" And just being able to see PVD expressions when building up the tracks... then BOOM!!! Now I know why you guys say "I Die", such an appropriate phrase. Of course I'm a ty trainspotter, but here were the ones I remember:

I can't believe I made it through the entire night sober. Nice everyone a lot of TAs with special greetings to (Liz, Chris Porky!, Caryn, Alex, Starf0x, Shannon, Jdat, Butterfly, Gary, Clem, Rory, StereoPrincess, Del, Ian, Greg, Chris (s0t), Kid Nyce (owning with the glowsticks)). I danced my legs off. I was hoping Paul would drop some killer tracks I've never heard before and was disappointed he didn't. Except for one. One with man vocals in it in the beginning of the set. The track everyone was hoping someone would ID. Including Me!
I was part of the Back 2 Back crew and I must the high point so far is getting my picture with Paul. I will be spamming everyone with that picture as soon as I have it developed. :DDDDDDD
