| My anatomy teacher used to say that the great thing about weight training is that your muscles take 48 hours to repair themselves so they essentially keep working for a whole two days after the workout. Is that true? |

| I know people who smoke weed then go to the gym... I dunno how they do. I mean I do understand the insane stoner focus/zone out it would achieve once you get in the groove, but once I get stoned all I wanna do is goof off. |

How would smoking weed help you cut? It just fuels the urge to eat .
I know some people who pep themselves up for the gym with a line of coke. That would help with the weight loss. |
