Haha, well it's good to be on your toes, but the point is that you need REGULAR activity for it to have a positive effect.

My anatomy teacher used to say that the great thing about weight training is that your muscles take 48 hours to repair themselves so they essentially keep working for a whole two days after the workout. Is that true?

I know people who smoke weed then go to the gym... I dunno how they do. I mean I do understand the insane stoner focus/zone out it would achieve once you get in the groove, but once I get stoned all I wanna do is goof off.

How would smoking weed help you cut? It just fuels the urge to eat .

I know some people who pep themselves up for the gym with a line of coke. That would help with the weight loss.
