I figured this would've been posted here already, but in case you didn't already know, Soundtoys is giving away Tremolator for free until Nov 30. It's great for tremolo, stutter, gate, etc. effects, and may possibly be useful for special upgrade prices in the future(?).
Anyway, yes it requires iLok/Pace (either a hardware dongle or desktop registration).
