My friends throw a "family of friends" Christmas party every year. Catered, open bar, live music, and DJ. Just to get everyone together before the year ends, etc etc. Anyhow, I showed up (this was Thurs night btw) and the girl hosting was there to let me in with another friend, and they REEKED of alcohol, and I was super jealous, lol.

'tis been the best of Christmases:
Ma petite is officially back home, and she'll stay put for the next 4 years.
Made a quick day trip to Manaus to help her move back, celebrate our 13th year together, and bid our farewells to the natives. People there have been nothing but awesome to us, we're tempted to move there after she gets her doctorate degree.
