What did everyone think about the night...
I thought Ferry's 2 and a half hours was the only thing that made the nite worth while.

Tall Paul was absolutely the test international act ive seen in OZ in 2 years ive been goin to parties!!! His mixing was a "DOGS BREAKFAST" my grandma could mix better than that. No attempt at all to mix, instead he opted for the "Bass Down cross over trick "
His track selection was horrendous he played
(Who da Funk-Shiny Disco Ball):eyespop: that belongs to the top 40 charts!!!......He went from Hard House to Teks to House to Trance back and forth, to and fro up and down...No Cohesion at all. Honestly i think he was on COKE or somethin that  nite......

Mark Dynamix was as usual always on que, with his smooth transition across all genre of Techno. great mixing, and technical skills.

Ferry Rocked the CLUB he dropped all the classics, all the Gouryella songs and also Microbe-Xit to Nowhere (a smashing track) towards the end. Ferry gave the night some credit, but overall probably would have paid 25 bucks to see Ferry himself than to pay $50 to see Tall Paul and Ferry:D :D

Update on the maths....

I had like 2 minutes left and just couldn't be ed...one of the last questions was (based on the results from earlier observed vs expected results) ..

"If an item cost $2.60 in 1992 what would it cost now"

I just wrote "Too bloody much."
Project T
that story about the gouryella vinyl is ing immense dude :D
InSoMnIa^
Project T: yeah i know :) I am still in an awe of excitement over it, i got another idea in my head... to get Tiesto to sign it at two tribes next year, then it will be signed by both producers of the track, then it will be definately frame worthy :) (if i am lucky i may even be able to get tiesto to play it, though I think that is pushing it)

hehe, the excitement just doesnt stop, look at what I comre across on the review for the Melbourne MOS Tour on inthemix.com.au

From inthemix review:

quote:

By the end of the second hour, so many people had gotten anything signed. Cigarette packets, flyers, CDs, you name it. But one person was smart, he brought along one vinyl, not to be signed (I think) but to played. And played it was…
The third last song, and undoubtedly the most anticipated song, well into a half hour past Ferry’s playing time, was the one and only ‘Gouryella’. People were cramming in to hear every little sound. I swear I haven’t seen so many people happy, and I even saw the owner of the record looking like a child as Corsten walked out to return the vinyl.

i'm famous :P pfft yer right

Just as I thought the excitement couldnt get any better, I was one of my freinds come across this on resident advisor

"Last but not the least Melbourne was a good way to end the tour…It was a warm scene and I’m glad one guy gave me the Gouryella track to sign…I didn’t bring a copy in my record bag so thanks to the guy who gave it to me if you are reading this note. It was great song to play as an encore." - Ferry Corsten

Lol. If you *really* want, but personally I hate it when people have really "chode-like" sigs. A sig should be a banner, not a centrepiece. But anyways, I like how you put the quote in your sig ! (hence I've updated mine)
