Getting a hair cut in Toronto?

As i am new to Toronto, i have avoiding getting a haircut at all costs. (not really toronto, but peterborough, lol no one knows where that is usually) So yah i need to finally get my hair cut or i will loook like a mullet growing on the back. So what is a good place to get your haircut, int he 10-20 dollar range. Also i may consider streaking it, any ideas on that, places.

last time I got a haircut I asked for a "regular" haircut and instead they shaved me bald...
make sure you specify length and style before you get a haircut

| Yes, I can not stress the fact u have to go to a place where they speak ENGLISH properly and (no offence) don't let blonde cut your hair or a Prissy girl/Gina, they your Hair up 100%. I am glad to say for the last 2 years I have not had my hair ed up :D |

Well if your in Peterborough the Mullet should work for you just fine! However if you've decided thats not the style you wanna go with something with a little more pizazzzz the House of Lords is a good place to start. Its on the east side of yonge a few blocks south of Bloor.
How bout dying your mullet pink? I'm sure they can hook you up there!

| I think i should clarify something before i look like a hick from the country side. There is the possiblity of my hair turning in to a mullet, if i do not do something, it does not at the moment have a mullet, i am not a hick, hehee. |

| Also i must clarify another aspect, the only reason i am in Peterborough is to study at Trent, thought i may transfer out next year. At no time was a residence of this community i have lived in Rio De Janeiro and Calgary. |
