With the summer nights beginning their annual decline, and the humidity as erratic as the Bay Area traffic, we set out on an adventure deep into the Redwoods forest. Armed with essentials in mind, body, soul we ventured out through the majestic trees to find the comfort and pain of those ancestors who braved to call this area home. Feeling the eerily brisk fog from frigid north pacific waters was all we needed to conjure up the soundtrack for this particular Portola frolic. Close your eyes and image yourself surrounded by hundreds of 300ft redwoods, then open them & let go!
