What do you guys think of it? Stand out tune for me is Ayr, probably party due to how it instantly warped me back to my time spent in the coastal city. I think they nailed the head on that one. Slow moving and mysterious, just what my experience was exploring on the coast.

I threw it on in my car on a road trip and I was not disappointed. I'd give it a solid 8 out of 10. I didn't lose interest in it but I also wasn't too blown away that would instantly make me give an album a 9 or 10. They have done a good job of borrowing from a lot of varied genres in this album.

It might not be some of the most intelligent music out there but as an album it stands its own in 2017.

I don't know what's more surprising: that there's shades of classic prog-house on this album, or that it's come out on Ninja Tune of all labels.

(remembers these guys breaking out with vintage Chicago House)

They've been playing early 90s prog in their sets for ages. Scope out their After Hours mix for Pete Tong from a couple of years back.

The album is nice, alright. I've played it a couple of times and it's a pleasant listen with some lush vibes. And yet, part of me thinks the tunes are just a bit too clean and lean. There aren't enough little sonic details and background layers to really make it an immersive home listen. I'm wondering if it will have long term replay value. Only time will tell.

It's well produced and not very offensive (as opposed to some of the other "trance revival" stuff) but I'm not feeling it at all.

The production quality is great, but I don't hear a story.

It lacks a cohesion that I think every 9 or 10 album should have.

Glue and Vale are giving me those nostalgic feels. Chris, burn me a copy so I can stick it in my Discman.
Light The Fuse
Glue is fantastic and getting some plays on some good radio stations downunder.

enjoyed this album. Maybe i am just showing my age now but i kind of enjoyed how easy it was to listen to this and just lay down on the couch with my eyes closed.
Terrence Parker
Love Glue as well :D
This edit is also pretty nice.
