It's not a gimmick. I've followed this subgenre of dnb for over a year before anyone called it trance n' bass, it's just liquid dnb. And John B is a genius. |

Not really, because under liquid funk you could also place the 'funky' stuff by the likes of Marky and High Contrast. Liquid funk doesn't necessarily have trance riffs, plain ol' liquid does. |
