I'm glad that Carte Blanche is getting the recognition it deserves. I think it would probably have to be my favourite tune of all time (amongst many others :p). I only discovered this masterpiece this year...and the first time I heard it I immediately fell in love with it! It's so euphoric and uplifting! definitely a tune to go psycho to. I can't believe I didn't discover this beauty earlier...
hehe, I like the idea of retro month :) |

oh man that CD rules .. first trance CD I ever bought and one of the only two I still listen to (other is Trance nation 3 mixed by ferry) .. tracks like Blockster - Grooveline, Saltwater, Cream, Gouryella, Aurora - Hear You Calling, The Orange Theme, and of course the incomparable Veracocha - Carte Blanche .. definitely one of the top 5 trancers ever...
I seem to remember a poll on the TA main forums about a year ago where the top 100 trance tracks were ranked. I don't remember the order, but I'm pretty sure the top 5 were For An Angel, Airwave, Out of the Blue, Urban Train, and Carte Blanche :) |

this track defiantely deserves it's own thread :)
The track has always got plenty of play by ferry... seeing he made it, along with Vincent De Moor :)
Loved it since I first heard it and still love it to this date :)
though I don't know if I like it better than Vimana - We Came :D |

prog isnt boring. just consists of more subtleties which once you notice, begin to enjoy. |
