Removing vocals from a track?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I'd go about removing a short vocal from a track in Cool Edit or similar audio editing software?

I want to play the radio rip of G&D - Lament at the club tonight, but I need to get rid of diggers' voice saying "you're listening to satoshie tomiie on Kiss 100" that is heard midway through the track. was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on that one.

Thanks!

easy way: go buy G&D - Lament

hard way: get the original clean voice sample, invert it's phase and mix it with the radiorip of G&D - Lament

other way: find two places in the track that sound similar and cut everything inbetween (including the voice part, obviously)

Hehhehe, if G&D - Lament was purchaseable I'd have already bought 2 copies of it, trust me =P

Thanks for the help!

Why not download the official release from BPM-HOUSE? Would be the easiest option :)
