| well i got there at 8:15 and it was packed i got it in at 12 which when tiesto started spinning..next time ill be there by 7pm...man didnt know it was gonna be this crowded wooo...if u have presale get there at 9pm |

That night was insane; one of the worst nights to get in ever....
As presales for Tiesto were gone immediately, the rest of us had to wait in line. I get there around 8pm, and wait in line with the rest of the fans.
I met 3 women in the line that were in front of me, and one of them was from Holland, and wanted to see "how Americans love Tiesto." Unfortunately, she never found out as her friends & her bailed around 10pm. Our section got stopped in the front around 11:30pm, and we didn't get in until after 12:30pm...

um, since when was tiesto good at mixing? oh wait you were blinded by his coolness!
my mistake.
fact: tiesto cant mix, when i go and see im i go expecting tunes not good mixing, jsut coz he got voted numebr one doesnt mean hes technically good. |

Althought i didnt go, i have to stick up for rudeboy69 here, tiesto in england has been the worst DJ i have EVER seen, even worse than Tall Paul and John Kelly. His mixing is the worse ive ever heard, it isnt mixing, its just a mess, beats out of sync and everything, i honestly have no idea how he has become so famous when the quality of his sets is so low.
Tiesto used to be good, production and remixing wise, anything upto flight 643 (and including) was great, now, esp his live sets are just mank. even his old live sets, mixing wasnt top notch, tracks were full of life and pumping uplifting trance, now hes just utter nonsense. |

Here's what I think about Tiesto. Hands Down he's a great DJ. I just don't think he's number 1 material. He usually plays the same tracks that we are used to hearing. His style is different than what it was before. I miss the old stuff!!!
I liked the tunes he played before. His Club Eau's 2 year Anniversary Mix was my personal favorite. He doesn't play sets like that anymore. I'm worried about him fading away like Oakenfold. Hands down, he should be a top ten DJ, maybe top 5, but not number 1.
The only people out there who'll disagree with me are hardcore Tiesto fans. I respect you guys, but if you think he deserves to be number one, think again. Surely there has to be a DJ who did 2002 like there was no next year. I'm not gonna name any dj's cuz then there's gonna be an all out battle in this thread and I wouldn't want that. So that's all I have to say about that.
I will tell you this. The best dj's come from Europe, particularly Dutch, British, and Germans. Peace. ;) |
