Wow........
I'm a Tiesto fan too but.............this remix put Tiesto's to shame
Not too big of a techno fan.........but this is a badass rework by Armin
What did you guys think?

Armin's track makes Tiesto's version look like dog ! Too bad this is kinda a bootleg, cause I would love to get my hands on it. |

I just don't understand all the bashing on Tiësto's remix of Gatex. When first was announced he would do a remix of Gatex everybody was like: "Oh no, let him not remix a techno song!!! He will ruine it!!! Let Gatex be as it is, or at least let some techno guy remix it".
I found that true in a way. Because after all he doesn't exactly produce techno (except for Flight 643 (which was technoïsh) and Tiësto, Montana & Storm - Bleckentrommel). But then his remix came out and it turned out to be he left Gatex as it was: a stunning techno track. The only thing he did, which should make everybody happy cause he didn't ruine the track, was adding a beat to it and slightly change the bassline.
But now everybody is bashing him because he didn't remix the track, no he just added a bassline to it... For 's sake, just be happy he didn't ruine the track!!! |
