I'm currently doing some of the factory content for this new synth plugin. It's being completely re-written from the ground up and only shares the name with it's predecessor. Think of it like Serum, but with far more in the way of analogue modelled filters, but also triple sample oscillators (giving you six oscillators in total, with sub oscillators built into the standard wave/VA oscillators).
Modulation is very extensive (3 LFO's, 6 Env's, 3 G-Env's and mod sequencers) and the matrix allows almost any control to become a mod destination.

It's freakin' great.
I'm not sure on cost yet, but they have mentioned it will be wallet friendly. As far as I know, ANA1 owners will be receiving vouchers for the upgrade depending on how much they paid for the original.
