Long weekend here in Brazil (thanks for the random holidays, Catholic church!), and we're showing the city to a Peruvian friend of my wife's and his girlfriend. How about you? What are you doing today? Will you hang out tonight with a Peruvian? Do you know any Peruvians?

Tell us all about your Friday and Peruvians.

I don't have very much experience with Peruvians, other than Renzo and Haziel. Both of them appeared to be fairly stoked about some football things yesterday. Can't imagine what that was about :p

Friday evening here, and I'm chilling with a glass of wine. The calm before the lame-storm.

And yes, this weekend will actually be pretty lame, and filled with chores. Things that I meant to do in weekends passed, but didn't get around to. Everyone on TA, I urge you to have a better weekend!

Having a visit with some family tomorrow. Closing the pool finally this weekend. Breastfeeding. Napping. Etc.

I can't express how excited I am to hear Hernan tonight.

At Ministry, right? I've seen that one. Be aware that the MOS is the UK's closest answer to a bottle service club and is always packed with annoying tourists and students. Fantastic sound system in the main room, though.

I'll be seeing Cattaneo a week from today in Amsterdam, a nine hour set with Nick Warren. We are there for five days for ADE. This weekend I'll be saving my pennies in preparation, probably getting outdoors to enjoy the good weather that's forecast.

So I've heard, but I have faith he'll play great enough for it not to bother me. And on a solid system nonetheless.

Definitely would have liked to catch him and Warren at ADE. Saving up for December, though.

Will check out fabric for the first time for its birthday instead (on Sunday, when supposedly there are fewer tourists and the like).

South Park had some funny episodes about Peruvian Pan Flute music. Maybe you could watch them together.

A week vacation next week, football training with the kids this evening. No match tomorrow morning. Not much planned, which is gooood.

Working half a day from home, then family visitation at the funeral home for the passing of my maternal grandfather. Another month, another passed grandparent. He was 92, a veteran of The Battle of the Bulge in World War II...helluva man, and a tough old bird. He will be missed, greatly.
