| I never realized that this was hard for people (excluding the stiff elderly and the really obese) until I started seeing articles like this one. Then again I have always had very flexible ankles so I guess that might be why. |

| I can squat, but it's really uncomfortable. Spy squat (standing on your toes) is much more stable though, and I actually prefer it over sitting on a chair when I can get away with it. |

I didn’t realize how tight I am down there until I tried doing the asian squat. I need work on my flexibility. |
