Too bad theres not way to know who is mature enough to not go kill themselves on an overdose in a club or something, and who is not. I guess I'm a bit lucky. Back when I was your age (heh), there were good underground raves to go to with good DJs, even though most were local. By the time the clubs took over everything, I was old enough to go to them. That crackhouse law, where the owner of a venue is liable for the idiocy of the people who themselves up there, is f__ked. It's one thing if the bartender serves a guy who's already puking on himself, but for someone to bring their own drugs in and OD on your floor isn't your fault.
