The key word here is trying to be funny. He comes of more whiny than funny. He probably thought he'd just attack the "gods" of electronica so that people would make a big fuss over it and notice his pathetic ass. Hmm... maybe I'll do that on TranceAddict. Let's try this:

This guy is just being a sorry peice of ass...maybe he didn't get laid on his birthday so he figured he'd lash out on the dance music scene. I mean, sure, diss Tiesto, diss PvD and diss BT...but try to back up your opinion, instead of writing some half-assed, not-so-witty comment, like "Tiesto sucks, I saw him so I would know" (note: i was paraphrasing what he said).
As for BT claiming he invented trance...well, I'd like to see where he said that. If he is actually doing that, then him as well.

yah so when i read the whole column i get the sense that Sean Cusick TM needs the scene to descend into complete drug use, with no matter or the music, club, time or place.
and beginning a column with a statement about how many drugs youre on? seriously, wtf. i used to think that xpander.nl was an interesting site focused mainly on prog. i thot their reporting was factual and non-midslinging.
sure everyone has their opinion, and you dont necessarily need 'cred' to state those. but this guy, getting ed up and ranting about for no real reason...jealousy? thats possibly the most irresponsible thing ive read on the internet - the INTERNET for gods sakes!
anyone that proclaims that we need more drugs, but trance is dead cause he says so and doesnt want to get 'lost in the music' should reevaluate what he is doing. hes like those lamer college kids that only listen to terrible rock music, just cause its unique - not cause its actually good. HEY! you are the only one that likes that band cause it SUCKS! not cause your unique, or especially into the scene!
he even references Kimball Collins. i love the man, but seriously, how can you say that Kimball Collins is so freaking special, just cause hes not BT, or Tiesto, or Pvd...elitism is for wankers| |

Just a little friendly semi humor foxy. BTW, I do think Starfox is way cooler than Mario. Those trippy 3d graphics blow away mario's stubby ass anyday. |

I have tried it fox :) its great..
...too bad Nintendo sold Rare to Microsoft :( Good thing the series stays with Nintendo though :) supposedly Namco (makers of Ace Combat 1-3, Tekken, Soul Edge/Calibur) are making the next Star Fox shooter for GC |
