Wtf. Time keeps on slipping, slipping, slipping....
Not much excitement here. Gotta put away our outdoor furniture and bring some plants inside. Thanksgiving weekend also. Turkey and fam! |

| A lightning raid on London tonight to see DJ Tennis and Marvin & Guy. A 400 mile round trip for 7 hours of dancing. Let's hope it's not crap. |

| Jesus. I would not travel that far/long for just one DJ. Well not for Tennis, at any rate. I don't know who Marvin & Guy are though, apart from a quick RA search. |

Sick as a dog, right before my long weekend too. Awesome stuff :(
Hopefully I scare this thing away so I can enjoy part of the long weekend. |

It's only two hours on the train each way. Goes quickly when there's a few of you to shoot the breeze.
Never seen Tennis live, but I like what I've heard from his sets online. He's the only DJ I've ever heard throw Autechre into a club set and make it work. My only concern is that I've heard him throw in some leftfield selections or handbrake turns in a set that ruin the flow he's built. |

| Yeah I think he will deliver for sure. I've heard him live quite a few times and he certainly is no slouch. I guess 2 hours isn't so bad. I assumed driving, which I absolutely would not do for very many DJs. |

| Driving would be highly illegal and foolish. |

| Hahaha, oh man I haven't done a commute of shame home after a party in a loooong time. I haven't been out til sunrise in quite a few years. |

Just one night someday in the future I'd like to spend all night twisted on acid listening to psytrance and watching creepy movies until the sun rises before going out and smashing some greasy breakfast and sleeping all day. Just once more. Unfortunately I'm quite certain those days are now behind me lol :o
Anyway glad to be back home from vacation, staying in the same house with your mother and father again for 7 days drives you crazy, no matter how nice it is. Gotta have my personal space. |

Read up on a few candidates for the general election. I seriously cannot think of a more disheartening outcome than the most likely one: whereas I'm reluctant to call Trump a fascist, Jair Bolsonaro is the textbook example. I'd be more than willing to trade him for Trump AND Kavanaugh.
I hope the runner-up can beat him in the run-off, although it's quite improbable :(

Speaking of which, Corinthians, the club Ayrton Senna supported has just released a jersey with his signature on it to celebrate 30 years of his first victory ever - in Suzuka, of all places:
As a Corinthians supporter who was a huge Senna fan as a kid, I've already copped one of these |
