Could anyone recommend some free software to mix mp3s? Something with an easy-to-use interface would be nice. What do you use?

i use atomix mp3..its in great software..and VERY easy to use...

Hey Ilina wazup? ;) For mp3 mixing I also use Traktor...you can do it yourself that way so there's no sense of the software doing it for you but there's also that option as well if you need to.

If you are using Win 98 or 2000, Virtual Turntables is the best (www.carrotinnovations.com)..

It's the most reliable and doesn't require the memory that the other mixing programmes require.

Oh yeah.. you better know how to beatmatch.. there isn't any automated beatmatch system in this :) It's all manual :)

thanks everyone, I really appreciate the suggestions!! I will try out all the programs as soon as poss. I have been hearing a lot of good things about traktor already, so that's first.

oh my bad, u asked for free softwares..those 3 i listed above arent free but give them a try anyways.

Atomix mp3 sucks. Use mixmeister or fruity loops and acid pro.

I use Traktor DJ Studio.
Unfortunally it's not freeware...

btw, kazaa is a great program (hint hint hint) :tongue2 ;)
