Greetings Trance Addicts.
For anyone that needs to self isolate for 7 days, a 24th of your sentence could (and perhaps should) be allocated to this 7 hour mix, to help with the crippling loneliness and depression. Cooked up by myself and Jack Moss last weekend, a clear 9 cans each were consumed in the process, but it still turned out good!

To anyone trying to figure out exactly who played what, we followed a bit of a wonky system here. First off we did five tunes each, then four tunes each, then three tunes for the vast majority of the set, and then right at the end whatever the hell we felt like.
To say we both ended up absolutely wankered by the end of seven hours mixing, I dare say the overall flow of the set comes out pretty damn good, albeit with the odd bump in the road on occasion. Fair play to anyone who manages to listen to the whole thing in one sitting. |

| Had this on in the background while working from home this morning. The wife came through and said, "That's pretty!" I told her it would be "pretty" until the beat dropped. She likes the idea of electronic music, but she's out the moment a kick drum hits, lol. |

| I like how the tracks started to get more diverse and abstract after the 2 hour mark. that must've been the plan I guess. |

| There was no plan at all actually, we just got drunk and bounced off each other's selections. I think about two hours in there was the recognition that we'd blown the lid off quite early and it was better to cool things off slightly. |

| Hard to really give feedback on something this massive, but I've greatly enjoyed listening to it twice, now. One or two of the vocal tracks annoyed me, I'll blame those on you Jon :p, but otherwise a great assortment of tunes. Realising you went a bit too hard in the beginning and dialing it back makes for a nice variety in the flow. Out of curiosity, why did you opt for the Original Mix of Heaven Scent, rather than the Jack Moss GU:013 Expansion edit? |
