In your daw you can separate 16th notes on any snare sample in your piano roll to make it simulate a paradiddle or standard drum roll. This one builds but is a retardo on the final note.
I could be wrong but it sounds as well like a slight Transpose is used as it works it's way...up. It also has a much brighter tonality as it works up and could be a automated EQ setting to where it has a crisper tone as it moves.
The sample is almost "chain" like more than a snare, at least to me |
