A good friend of mine has been running a little lockdown mix series asking different people to deliver mixes of many genres and he asked me to put one together.
Recorded in the depths of lockdown its a selection of deep progressive vibes inspired by the time and space for reflection that this period of isolation has thrust upon us

Really enjoyed this mix - was the perfect accompliment to my Sunday meat roasting rituals
Some might find the intro a bit ostentatious, but for me it was a real ball tingler. The flow is then flawless with loads of excellent tunes in the first half
If I was to say it could be improved at all, I think I started zoning out in the third quarter, until the tunes crank up a few gears in the last 30 minutes for an excellent finale. If I listen a few more times I may well decide that this criticism doesn't stand, though.
Top work, I'll be adding some of those to my beatport chart! |

Thanks mate! Glad you liked it. When I heard that Max Richter track it really blew me away and hasnt gotten any less impressive on multiple listens. It really fitted with the concept I ahd in mind for the mix so it felt right to start with it. |
