Still in lockdown here for another week at least, so not much to do. I managed to get a 9 mile run under my belt this afternoon. My legs were quite sore after a break, but cardio-wise I felt fine. Looks like Covid hasn't left much lasting impression on my lungs.
The weather has been very mild here. We haven't had any frost yet, still average about 10C in the day and not much lower at night. Perfect running conditions. |
