Anyone into Purl here?
I think he has a unique sound. Not the boring drony type of ambient sound today. Also, it is difficult to categorize his sound. It is very soothing, ethereal and emotional.
His album Stillpoint is a pure masterpiece

His catalogue of releases is huge as well.

If you ever was into the early Chicane or Micro de Govia, then you might love Purl. |

| I still can't believe Purl collaborated with dark ambient producer ProtoU. :o |

| As I said the last time we had this thread, he makes very nice "morning music". I'm not sure it's particularly unique though. Another artist I've been listening to recently with a similar sound is Mikrokristal. |
