| Apologies if in my state of shock and disbelief I used the wrong term(s). Words do matter, obviously. In any event, the Republican party needs to be fuking nuked from orbit. There is nothing in it that can or should be salvaged. Maybe a viable third party will rise up from all of this. But at this point, honestly, I fully expect this country to dissolve itself via another civil war. |

i've got MAGA fatigue. how they believe what they believe, i'll never know. as mentioned earlier, i don't know why or how its gotten into my friends and family- every convo surely just leads to alt-right. no strength to argue anymore, i just leave the table. not sure how they will mount a defence for yesterday's events but my gf showed me a post on her FB which went as such (paraphrasing):
"her friend's mom: this is not a proud moment for america"
"some guy named roy: this is antifa posing as MAGA supporters and invading the white house. i can't wait for trump media to start up and expose everything"
i feel like it has come to the point where there is a clear line and there is only for or against. is this even the boiling point? i feel like it's only a matter of time before this level of crazy is happening here.
gonna have to agree with you zoso. would add MAGA and GOP supporters to that list too, would solve Bill Burr's overpopulation concerns to boot |

| Well anyway, I know people who haven't stopped vacationing, so I might just book a trip too, in the future. Wouldn't be hard to get the extra time off to quarantine twice. IT. |

have some friends going to the Zamna (something like that) festival that was moved to April. Not gonna lie... it looks tempting. I think i saw Sasha b2b with Hernan somewhere. Then of course, Dixon and Ame doing something as well. |

Not saying that calculated risks aren't worth taking for certain people as long as they take the best steps possible, but...
... imagine thinking catching/spreading 'rona is worth it to see the same four big name DJs that everyone's already seen a ton of times and will have plenty of chances to see again in the future. Go somewhere like Tulum for the tropical weather, the history behind it, the that you can't otherwise get at home; don't waste the risk on a few hours of the same you've seen before, lol. But that's just this 's perspective.  |
